Our Executive Directors
As Blizzard's Managing Director, Philippa leads the day to day running of Blizzard, working closely with all managers and staff to move the business forward under employee ownership. She loves a glass of wine and going on week-long hikes.
Gabi is Blizzard’s Group Financial Director with over 15 years experience. She loves a glass of red wine and a good book in the spare time she rarely has.

Martin is the co-founder of Blizzard and previously Symphony Telecom. Martin has an Engineering Degree and is a qualified Chartered Accountant, working for Arthur Andersen in London, and Price Waterhouse Coopers in the USA and Canada. He has acted as both finance director and CEO of several private start-ups and public companies listed on the London stock exchange. Martin has seen far too many Arsenal matches with Mark, and climbs the odd mountain from time to time.
Mark is the co-founder of Blizzard. Together with Martin Turner, he co-founded Symphony Telecom in 1996. With over 30 years’ experience in telecommunications Mark led the Symphony management team as Managing Director building Symphony from scratch to revenues of over £60m from 20,000 customers prior to its sale to Redstone Telecom in 2006. Mark is an avid Arsenal fan and very inconsistent golfer.

Stuart Bell
Group Sales & Strategy Director
Stuart is Blizzard’s Group Sales & Strategy Director. He brings a wealth of experience and energy to Blizzard, and is 100% focused on how best to deliver products and support to Channel Partners. In his spare time he enjoys long walks with his dog Kobe, and watching, but not playing Rugby Union.
Simon is Blizzard’s Sales Director with over 20 years senior telecoms experience with C&W, Anglia Telecom, Gamma and Redstone where he built a distribution channel with over 150 partners and is looking to repeat this success at Blizzard. By his own admission Simon is an average golfer, cricketer and triathlete but not an average swimmer – he is ranked in the top 30 in the world for his age group.
Scott is Blizzard’s Commercial Director. Scott helps our partners boost their revenue and find opportunities within their bases and elsewhere. In his spare time he plays bass guitar in a local band and hosts an internet based radio show.

Cameron supports Blizzard’s sales team with all things telecoms. Outside of work, he enjoys everything sport related. He currently plays football for Luton Old Boys and used to play for Luton Rugby team. He's a proud Manchester United fan, enjoys Two Door Cinema Club and listening to Tom Grennan.
Casey is Blizzard's Energy Business Development Manager, she works closely with our partners, supporting them with all things business energy including quotes and contracts for their customers. Casey enables our partners to maximise their base and build a recurring revenue stream. Come evening, she settles in and gets cosy with her little girl Riley. Weekends are spent with family and friends, enjoying good food and a few drinks.
Dan is our Energy Account Manager, he assists our partners' customers with their business energy. He is a keen problem solver who focuses on customers' needs to make sure that expectations are met. Dan enjoys skiing and walking, for his sins he follows Arsenal. He also has two cats, Rosie and Amelia.

Matt is our Provisioning Team Leader. He has a naturally positive and upbeat character, which our partners and customers love! He is also a long-suffering West Ham fan and has an extreme obsession with everything 80’s!
A calm and collected individual, of Blizzard's customer care team, Hope is our Senior Telecoms Service Coordinator, she's great at handling any situation thrown at her. Hope spends her free time camping, kick boxing and reading.

Libby is a friendly member of our customer service team. In her spare time she enjoys reading thriller books, especially Colleen Hoover! She's also partial to a bit of shopping, and has a black cat called Simba!
Adam provides technical support to our telecoms operations and sales teams. In his spare time he loves playing piano, mixing records and making tunes in his home Studio.
A valuable member of our customer service team, Vanessa is a true foodie who bakes and cooks from scratch with her daughter. She enjoys outdoor walks, reading, learning new things, and cherishes the company of her nearest and dearest.

Matt is Blizzard’s Energy Operations Director. Matt manages the energy administration and sales team, which oversees the procurement and management of over £100 million pound of gas and electricity spend. When Matt isn’t playing football, he enjoys a leisurely walk with his border collie, Ruby.
Bekki is Blizzard's senior energy account manager, she is responsible for raising quotes, contracts and managing customer accounts for Blizzard's partners. Bekki is passionate about fashion and beauty and loves a colourful cocktail.
Elise is Blizzard's SME energy account manager, she is responsible for raising quotes and contracts and for Blizzard's partners. Elise loves spending her spare time with her horse Hugo, and two cats Coco and Indie.

Sarah is Blizzards Marketing Executive, she is responsible for campaign management, design on and offline for both Blizzard and our partners, our social media channels and much more. Sarah loves to cook and eat good food. On the weekends, she goes on a LOT of dog walks, out with friends and loves a bit of ice skating now and again.

Emma is our Billing Manager, crunching numbers on a daily basis. Her three little ones keep her very busy at the weekends but she still enjoys a good night out when she gets a chance!
Nicky is Blizzard’s Billing Manager with over 25 years experience in fixed and mobile telecoms support services within the independent and plc sectors. Nicky is a keen golfer and circuit trainer, but would trade both for a sun lounger and bottle of wine in the right location.

Nikki has over 13 years' experience in the telecoms industry and has an in-depth knowledge of both provisioning and billing. At home she is a busy Mum of two and enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Denise handles all things billing for our partners and their customers, her time in provisioning brings useful experience to the team. She loves swimming, hiking and cooking. Sometimes she cooks up a storm and brings a large batch in for the staff, much to our delight!

Marley mentors and develops the accounts department team performance, while proving strong accounts skills. He’s an animal lover with 4 dogs and enjoys spending quality time with family.
An avid numbers guy with a degree in Mathematics, Ben is Blizzard’s Senior Finance Assistant. In his spare time, he looks after Buddy, his border collie/ lab cross. He also enjoys video gaming and challenging his friends to a snooker match.

Andy is Blizzard's Systems Analyst. When he isn't finding ways to improve the efficiency of the business, you'll find him tearing up a dance floor.
Our Systems Specialist
Jess handles Blizzard's credit control and cancellations for our partners and their customers. Jess loves spending time with her puppy, listening to Harry Styles, hitting the gym (sometimes) and reading to relax in the evenings.
